On May 8, a group of 3 persons headed by Ji Xiaonan, chairman of the Board of Supervisors of Large Enterprises of State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council (SASAC) inspected Sinotruk and gave work directions.  Chen Xianyun, vice major of Jinan municipality, leaders of Zhangqiu CPC Committee, Cai Dong, president of Sinotruk and Wang Donghui, deputy secretary of CPC Committee of Sinotruk Group accompanied the inspection.

Ji Xiaonan inspected Sinotruk Jinan Power Company, Jinan Commercial Truck Company and Transmission Division in succession.  During the inspection, Ji Xiaonan carefully inquired the situation of the independent innovation of Sinotruk products and the promotion of core competitiveness of the company, and asked in detail about the R&D and quality upgrading situation of engines with Sinotruk brand.  In the exhibition hall of Jinan Commercial Truck Company, Ji Xiaonan happily stepped on a HOKA cab, watched interior decorations of the cab and experienced driving comfort of Sinotruk products.

In discussion, Cai Dong thanked SASAC leaders for their vigorous support and help, especially for their direction, support and coordination in the work of the reorganization of Sinotruk and its red-chip listing on Hong Kong share market, which vigorously promoted the process of red-chip listing and laid a solid foundation for the in-depth development of Sinotruk.

Ji Xiaonan fully affirmed the achievements Sinotruk has got in recent years and gave high evaluation to Sinotruk of its work in the development of enterprise intellectual property rights, technical innovation, increasing market share and independent developing three “One-Line-Through” systems of production management, sales and after sales service.  He pointed: “since the reorganization, earthshaking changes have taken place in Sinotruk and now the company has strong developing momentum and strength, showing good developing tendency.  I hope Sinotruk be not satisfied with the present situation, taking the opportunity of red-chip listing, establishing long-term and fast development modern enterprise system, further opening  mind, depending on corporate culture, promoting enterprise inner quality, firmly grasping the core competitiveness with enterprise characteristics, building a century-age enterprise, building an excellent enterprise, maintaining advantages in heavy duty truck making and remaining invincible in market competition for ever.”
